[SOLVED] Uploading on new computer

I'm about to throw my brand new Alienware M17 in the trash - I can't get an upload speed higher then 1.1mbps but my 6 year old Lenovo gets 5.4

anyway. check dell utility. they might have network priority settings

LOL. I've been trying everything. I just don't understand how two computers sitting next to each other can be so different on the same network.
