I've got myself into a few unique technical situations.. but this one takes the cake
as far as not having any well documented solutions goes.

My setup is as follows:

Main Network (WiFi)
......|-Gaming PC (Kodi media host over UPNP/DLNA)
............|-Netgear WPN824v2
...................|-Fire TV
...................|-Old gaming machine

This setup arose out of and will not change because of budget limitations, and one
of the last pieces in the puzzle is streaming media to my fire TV while also giving
internet access to my old PC and the fire TV.
I'm not entirely sure that this is possible
after spending a lot of time searching for a solution. If more information is needed,
I'd be glad to provide it.

Solution
If you want to use the WPN824 as a switch and second WIFI source, then convert it to an access point.
It is difficult to determine from your character drawing... Is the Netgear connected to the primary router via ethernet ? If so, then here is the sticky on converting old routers to access points -- https://forums.tomshardware.com/thr...-router-to-a-wireless-ap-access-point.966884/

If you do this, then all your devices will be in the same subnet and you don't have to mess with uPNP or anything. It is a local network.
