Upon booting up I am greeted with a raid error

I purchased my computer through ibuypower and it has a raid0 error..

it says to hit control I to enter the config

Raid volume
ID 0 1 tb normal

physical devices
0 bunch of numbers and size - Error occured
1 bunch of numbers and size member disk 0

If I just wait it gives me this

File: \Boot\BCD, status: 0xc00000e9

I googled it except I cant use f12 to get into anything upon booting.

What should I do? whats the problem?

It means oen of the drives(member 0) is failed and that means your RAID0 array is failed. you'll need to replace the drive so contact ibuypower if it's still under warranty. If you have any data on the drives that you need and you don't have a backup, you'll need to contact a proffessional data recovery lab to get your data.

Are you actually wanting to use RAID? If not just disable the RAID controller.
