Upper Budget PC from the scratch Z370. Advice needed

Hey TH lovely people!

Need an advise on my build - where I can go better or what could be swapped. Thank you!

So:

MB: GIGABYTE Z370 Aorus Gaming 5 / MSI Z370 M5 (one of those is usually out of stock)
GPU: MSI 1070 Gaming X (will be swapped to 1080Ti later on) - have it from my previous setup
CPU: 8600k
RAM: Vengeance LPX (3000MHz) 2x8Gb
HDD: WD 1Tb 7200 blue
SSD: 970 EVO M.2 250 Gb (+ SATA SSD will appear later on)
PSU: EVGA 750 GQ
Case: Fractal Design R5
CPU Cooler: Noctua D15

Secondary:
Dell S2417DG
Eureka Ergonomic Z1-S (I don't have a proper desk)


My concern is 8600k (270 GBP) vs 8700k (420 GBP)...

The 8700k should be better in some games and will give you more longevity, if you have the budget. But the 8600k is still one of the best gaming CPU right now. You cant go wrong either way.
Rest if the build is rock solid. I wont change a thing.

Thanks a lot for the reply, mate. True, my budget is pretty tight.. that is why I went for 8600k as default. Will have to go with it unless someone to appear for me to bring i7 from US - prices in UK are damn crazy for that piece of build.

You should be fine with a 8600k for the foreseeable future. Wont miss out much.

1. R6 - I personally liked R5 a bit more
2. 9600k - is it worth it?

Considered the newly launched define S2? More cleaner and simple design than the R6. The white black version looks stunning.

The 9600k should have a much higher overclocking headroom compared to 8600k. It also has higher base clocks. So 5.0ghz oc is ez.
