[SOLVED] UPS not working

Hello Guys,
My UPS is "Intex Protector 725", recently battery backup was null, So, replaced the battery with new Exide Battery of 12V & 7 Ahr which worked and gave backup till today morning from the date of purchase(approximately 20 days). Now even the power is there the UPS goes down after 10 to 15 min time while connected to the power. So, Please confirm me whether the issue is with the battery or with UPS so that can replace it without worry.

The UPS should not go down when connected to the power - except if your power line is really crappy. I think it's the UPS itself that's failing.

What is the make and model of your PSU? New units with Active PFC protection do not play well with UPS that use simulated sine wave like yours does.
