Hi guys,

a few years ago i posted a question about a UPS. cant seem to find this thread again so i'll need to request this again...

A customer of mine is asking for a UPS. I will list the devices which will be connected to it. The general idea is just for a safe shutdown in like 5 minutes or is ? i think that is enough .
I ilve in begliums BTW

so here are the devices (please also recommon if they need to be connected yes or no) :

Fujitsu TX1310 M3 server -- Max configuration 139w
Ubiquiti Unify USG -- Max Power Consumption 7w
Ubiquiti Unify 48 -- Max Power Consumption 56w
Ubiquiti Unify AP AC Lite x2 -- Max Power Consumption 6.5w

So a total of 215w

im looking at the Eaton Ellipse ECO 800 USB DIN

what do you guys suggest ?
If you need any more info, please ask

I can't find an equivalent for Eaton, but for APC they have great charts like this -- https://www.apc.com/products/runtime_for_extendedruntime.cfm?upsfamily=165 that show runtime at various loads. For your 800VA UPS, Your 215W load should get 10+ min of runtime. The important thing to do is to connect the server via the USB port on the UPS to allow it to be triggered to automatically shut down.
Before making a commitment to the runtime, I recommend you measure the usage -- https://www.amazon.de/Homga-Energie...stenmessgerät-Überlastsicherung/dp/B07NZ4GPS8
