Question UPS that can sustain a 750w power supply

Hi! In the next 2 days I should do an order for a new PC with a Ryzen 5 3600,but since the x570 motherboards are very expensive I am going with an x470,but it needs a BIOS update to run the 3600, and I am very afraid of a power outage while the BIOS is updating.
My question is: Will a 360w-400w UPS supply enough power to my PC for 5-10 minutes at most while the BIOS is updating?
