UPS to handle 600W PSU

I need to buy a UPS due to the constant power cuts in my city. Here are my system specs:

Radeon Software Version - 16.4.1
Radeon Software Edition - Crimson
Graphics Chipset - AMD Radeon R9 200 Series
Memory Size - 2048 MB
Memory Type - GDDR5
Core Clock - 1070 MHz
Windows Version - Windows 7 (Service Pack 1) (64 bit)
System Memory - 14 GB
CPU Type - Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4460 CPU @ 3.20GHz


PS: I live in India so a lot of the brands that are available in the US and EU are not available here. Please keep this in mind before suggesting my options.

Is APC RS 1100VA the same as APC BR1100CI? They seem to offer the same stats in these links:

Both are different units but specs look same. Go for the one with more stars, ratings.

I am assuming anything that gives a wattage of 660 watts should be enough for my needs. I am getting this model at a really good price and was wondering if it will do the trick as well.
