Hello!

I read https://forums.tomshardware.com/threads/ups-faq.246998/ but some things are still not clear to me.

Can you explain me this, please? If my PSU is 650W and my Monitor's power consumption is 30W, does it mean, generally speaking, that I need UPS of at least 680W (650+30) ?

What minimum VA and W my UPS need to be?

Generally speaking....but you want to have overhead.....so I would go with something like a 800-900 watt UPS......which would be around a 1200-1300VA UPS.
