Hi all,
I have the following rig:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5600X
MB: Gigabyte B550 Gaming X
Memory: Kingston HYPERX FURY 16GB X 2 3600Mhz CL18
SSD: ADATA XPG 1TB M.2 NVME SX8200
GPU: Asus TUF RTX 3080
PSU: Antec HCG-850W EXTREME GOLD
CASE: Be Quiet Dark Base 700 RGB
COOLING FOR PROCESSOR: Cougar Aqua 240

How much VA/Watt should a UPS have to backup this system?

Solution
What you want to look it is the PSU and it's efficiency.
At 850 watts.....and 80% efficiency....that PSU can draw....850/.8 watts....which is 1062.5 watts.
So I would size the UPS to accommodate at least 1100 watts to be safe.

The best answer is "you need to measure the actual power usage". -- https://www.amazon.com/BALDR-Electricity-Monitor-Power-Energy/dp/B01JLT8NSG/
Then you need to use tables provided by the UPS manufacturers to determine what size will provide you the runtime you desire -- https://www.apc.com/products/runtime_for_extendedruntime.cfm?upsfamily=27
