That looks like an ordinary piece of 10 AWG (american wire gauge) wire with quick-disconnect crimp terminals, and heat shrink tubing over the terminals.
Assuming the wire is stranded, you stick the terminal onto the wire, crimp it, then melt a bead of solder onto it to secure it in place. Slide the heat shrink tubing over the end, and use a heat gun to shrink it (might be able to use a hair dryer, but it'll take a lot longer).

You'll have to make sure the terminals are the correct size, so if there's an electronics store in your town, it would be worth bringing the pieces there.
