Hello.
I have 16gb ddr4 ram.
8gb 2x4 3000mhz (team t force dark)
1x adata 2400mhz 4gb
AND the broken 4gb Crucial 2400mhz Ddr4.
I have Asus Prime a320m-a and ryzen 5 1600.
There should be no reason for it to break. On the outside it looks pretty solid and isnt physically damaged in any reason. I even clocked down my speed to 2400mhz to fit the ram speed. HELP!

Solution
4 sticks or ram
3 different vendors
2 different speeds
1 broken stick
....and a system that won't boot up properly.

(going for the Christmas theme music there, getting close to the holdidays)

Anyway. It's very possible that you can't mix and match different sticks with different timings, speeds, ect.

Remove all of the memory and install just the "bad" stick. See if the PC boots up.

If it works, then it just means you can't mix and match different pairs.

If it doesn't work, then you know it's bad (kind of rare but yes it does happen)

P.S. There doesn't have to be "visual evidence" for memory to go bad. It could look perfectly normal and still be broken.
