OK, in the middle of my first build, installing the cpu. 3770k. 1155 LGA socket, obviously.
This is supposed to make me sweat, right?
I have everything lined up correctly, load plate lined up. It seems like I need pressure to latch the arm. But pressure is bad for the CPU, right?
I've read that 1155 is a hassle for first timers for me. But as long as the CPU is lined up with the notches and the load plate is under the screw, I can latch down safely...right?
