URGENT ADVICE required on high spec PC for Adobe Design

I require a high spec Design PC to use the Adobe suite of software mainly PS and AE. I have listed a combination of specs below given the budget of around $1200 (excl. monitor). I have read many threads and i'm really afraid of possible bottlenecking with my listed specs below. Also the GPU must be able to use the latest features of Photoshop CC.

I require advise on the best setup from experienced PC builders!

Spec 1:
i7 4770K
Asus x79
32GB RAM (pls advise compatable brand and spec)
Geforce GTX 760 2GB (or is 4GB required - major benefits?)

Spec 2:
i7 4770K
Asus x79
16GB RAM (pls advise compatable brand and spec)
Geforce GTX 780 2GB

Spec 3:
i7 4930k
Asus ?
16GB RAM (pls advise compatable brand and spec)
Geforce GTX 770 2GB

You can see in eachof the above where i am sacrifices something i.e RAM.

Please advise.

Specs 1+2 won't work; you can't run an LGA1150 chip on an LGA2011 board. Physically won't fit.

I'd go for the 4930K (which is an LGA2011 chip), and an X79 board of some sort.

What's the budget, either for these three components or the whole build?

Budget is Around $1200. You know best regarding the Motherboard, what ever it takes to run either CPU's.

So do you agree with GTX 760 not being ideal with i7 4770K?
Also, will extra 2GB RAM make major difference on GPU?

Extra 2GiB might be worth it, not sure. Is what you're doing going to use CUDA? Some parts of CS are CUDA-only, some have OpenCL support too.

Most of the Adobe stuff likes more threads, so the six core 4930K is a good idea. I'd be looking at Spec 3:
