[SOLVED] [URGENT] BenQ monitor does not display OS

I just plugged a bunch of wires into my PC and there is ONE problem; The monitor does not communicate with the PC, It just shows "No Signal Detected" and completely refuses to display the OS. All of the cables are properly inserted.

This is the cable configuration

It is not a faulty cable, using a fresh new HDMI cable ilicts the same response.

Please help!
