I bought a pre-built computer 2 years ago that came with C: for Windows and D: for Data all in one hard-drive. Today, I shrinked the D: drive then extended the C: drive which worked well with Active Partition Manager, now with the leftover space on the D: drive I have unallocated space going to waste and the C: drive will not extend. (Orginally, it was saying unallocated space in disk management and the partition program but somehow I fixed it!) But my space is still not back. Please help me guys! I REALLY don't want to format and lose my Windows 8.1! Here are some videos!

Update: MiniTool Partition Wizard Professional fixed this. Thanks for all the help!

Your D drive seems to be a 30GB Sandisk Cruzer USB stick.
You can't 'extend' into that.

The physical drive your C lives on is a 1TB. Most of it the C partition, and 15.52GB which is the original factory recovery partition

I'm not sure what you're actually wanting to do, but whatever it is, you are not going about it the correct way.
