Urgent can't fit my mobo inside my case properly!

Hey guys I've been almost 5 hours trying to fit my MSI M5 Z170A inside my 200R corsair case and It just doesn't fit properly, I can screw most of the screws fine except the top left and middle one. I Really need help ASAP please! =/ This is my first time building and I'm panicking!!

Make sure that the back I/O shield http://www.rackmount.com/Rackmt/5A.jpg is in place and no standoff http://img1.shopimg.ca/content/zoom/21925165_main_zoom.jpeg mounted (they are preinstalled, if I'm not wrong).

Sorry but that video didn't help me at all. I didn't even see him installing the motherboard.I removed the only standoff that it was preinstalled and still having problems.
