URGENT - Computer won't post

Hey all,

CPU: 5820k
Mobo: MSI X99a SLI Plus

Last week my CPU cooler crashed and stopped working, got into bios and all cores were at 105'c.

I get a new cooler in the mail and hook it up (it's pumping).

I turn the computer on but I'm getting "DisplayPort no signal".

I tried plugging it in through HDMI, nothing. I tried on 2 different monitors and my TV - nothing.

I let it run and plugged my keyboard in and only 4/12 usb ports keep it lit. The other 8 turn it on and off instantly.

I plugged in a motherboard speaker that I bought off amazon, but it's not beeping.

Any suggestions? Did my mobo go? Is it my CPU?

Need urgent help, thank you!!

I did the work already, I've been working on this issue non-stop for 4 hours or I wouldn't have posted.

I went through the entire list already, and still am having the same issue.

The computer starts, CPU cooler pumps, video card turns on, only 4/12 USB ports working, nothing on monitor or TV (DP and HDMI).
