Please tell me which RAM will be the best for my Rig, i have to buy parts today so please reply soon.
I should go for (2 x 8GB) of (4 X 8GB)

go with 8gb, actually 4x2 is good nowadays for gaming

Go for 2x8GB if you plan to upgrade ur ram to 32GB in future. If not, then go with the cheaper price. CAS difference of 1 won't make noticeable difference in FPS.

Anyway, 8GB is more then enough for all the gaming needs.

This. Although you have an i7? Are you doing anything with Photoshop? Encoding/Rendering? If so 2x8.

Yup, lots of Photoshop, premiere, after effects, 3ds max, maya & Gaming ofcourse! as i have a bit of extra money i was wondering to get 16gb ram, as i have heard ram helps in rendering.
