Urgent Crysis Warhead help!!!!

So i have a GTX 580 and a I7 6 core and a really nice gaming MOBO. So i used to able to play warhead at MAX and get 200 fps, but now......i downloaded the latest Nvidia drivers and i have to turn off vsync ,aa and motion blur to play everything else maxed.So is there anyway you can help me fix some lag in it???? THANKS!

Revert back to the old driver. Sounds like the driver is causing the issue.

Did you uninstall the old driver and restart the computer before downloading and installing the new driver?

Also by 'I cant' are you saying you don't know how or there is something actually limiting you from doing so?
