Ok, hopefully someone can respond to this in the next hour or 2 but my friend recently got a pc and i don't know all the specs but its the starter pro for NZXT and the pc works properly when hes alone but recently for the first times he has played with friends (3 total including him) he can join and everything works until a min or 2 after he joins the party, he disconnects and it doesn't matter who's host or anything that we have tried, at first on bo3 (we were playing modded zombies) he couldn't join at all because his NAT type was on strict instead of moderate or open and it says cant join because of NAT type when we tried joining him and just party is unavailable when he joined us, but eventually with the small-moderate amount of knowledge i have i got the NAT fixed and we have been able to join each other without any "failed" attempts but still it kicks him shortly after, we have tried different games and its the same thing he joins then gets kicked shortly after.

We have tried:
1:Reset internet/router
2:disable IPv6 (because that's the only thing that says No network access in control panel)
3.pretty sure we tried anything in cmd prompt at least trying to reset IPv6 unless we didn't reset it right
4.tried to update LAN driver though motherboard website (ASUS) but i don't think he got driver for windows 11 because he said that the file wasn't compatible with operating system.

So now we are stuck and he left for dinner and will be back in a couple hours so i hope i can get a response or something before he gets back if possible, thanks for any help you can provide

Look in Reliability History and Event Viewer. Either tool or both may be capturing some error code, warning, or even an informational event that precedes or corresponds with being "kicked".

Reliability History is much more user friendly. Event Viewer requires more time and effort to navigate and understand.

http://www.tomshardware.com/faq/id-3128616/windows-event-viewer.html

Make and model information for modem, router, or modem/router if combined. The router's logs (if available and enabled) may provide some clue.

Also: the PC. Doublecheck to ensure that only one network adapter (either wired or wireless as is being used) is enabled.

Last, if necessary: Run "ipconfig /all" (without quotes) on his pc via the Command Prompt. Post the results.

He should be able to copy and paste the results with no need to retrype everything.

Okay so my friend showed me that in reliability monitor there was errors there was red X's Yellow cautions, and in every line sense he got the pc a blue circle. The critical events were in Xbox game bar the Warnings were in the Epic games launcher, and the informational events were in Epic Online services, Epic Games Launcher, Epic Games Launcher Prerequisite, Security Intelligence Update for M..., and some Microsoft Visual C++ and then also he did the "ipconfig/all" and he tried to copy and past it to send to me but it was like a link thing that took me to documents, but it was there in the documents so idk if it'll work her e but ill try

and idk how else to do it but past the whole thing 😭, he didn't end up doing the event viewer but if u need it im sure he could get it :)

In Reliability History, take a couple of screenshots of representative days having multiple errors.

Post the screenshots here using imgur (www.imgur.com).

Start by uninstalling all of the Epic games software to determine if connectivity can be restored thereafter. Other games and related apps/utilities may need to be uninstalled as well.

Do be sure that he has backed up all important data to at least 2 x other locations and verified that the backups are recoverable and readable.

As for the "ipconfig /all" results I would uninstall the network adapter drivers and do a reinstall and reconfigure the network adapter as applicable to the host network. Ensure that only one network adapter is enabled.

Also run "sfc /scannow" and "dism" to clean up buggy or corrupted files.

Reference:

https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-use-sfc-scannow-to-repair-windows-system-files-2626161

How to use DISM command tool to repair Windows 10 image | Windows Central

Just as a matter of elimination.

Objective being to get back to a stable (no errors etc.) PC that has reliable and steady network/internet connectivity.

Then address the gaming apps etc..

Idk if I did that right but that link is the images and he isn’t sure how to download drivers correctly and or where a credible site to do it is… he said in some driver detector apps there’s a decent amount of drivers that say they need updated like 15-30

And also we have tested it in multiple games and its weird because we always are talking in discord but he never lags out of discord or anything other than games, we even tried ROBLOX... and he lagged out of that though on most golf it maps which is a game where u just play different courses of mini golf he could play, but if it was a bigger or there was just more in it it would kick him so im just full on confused at this point. ALSO he did get his IPv6 to say Internet when before it was saying "No Network Access" and i thought that was the problem but apperantly moving his router into his room and plugging straight into the router fixed that even though he was using ethernet before.

Epic Game Launcher installs failed. Not sure about the sequence of events....

Appears to have happened prior to the Xbox related critical errors.

Instead of camera photos use screen capture/print to get the screen images. Post those images via imgur.

Expand the Reliability History screen so all can be seen before the screen captures.

Informational events are important as well.

Also include a screenshot of "Review problem reports".
