Urgent Gpu bios unlock question

Hello guys,I just wonder something


I have unlocked bios gtx 660

and voltage is now 1.21v

and Gpu-z says %99 load 1208 mhz


so that's mean

when you unlock your gpu,that's mean voltage increases and Gpu's mhz is going to be increased as well?

why am I asking,because I don't wanna use msi afterburner zotac firestorm etc,

If unlock voltage is automatically makes overclock the gpu I will not use to gpu software for oc
