Question Urgent help needed -- A blank is blinking on my screen while booting up ?

A blank is blinking on my screen while booting up.

I had installed Steam on my pc and it showed fatal error, then again I opened Steam and my PC just turned off. When it came back on it was not showing anything.
Then it said "Can't read disk". Also blue screen appear but it went off.

Please help Me I am fearing of my family

Download and run free version of Malwarebytes then after do sfc/scannow in command prompt. If don't know how just search system file checker scannow.

If problem still happens then try reset in recovery. If that doesn't fix it take your pc to a repair shop so hardware can be diagnosed.

List pc specs.
