Alright my friend built a PC and paired a B150 motherboard with a kaby lake i3 7100 CPU and when he tries booting the PC everything works except the display. We know this is a bios issue because I used my old motherboard and CPU with his PSU and same GPU and the display worked. How do we manually update his bios to the latest version with no display? Is there a way or does he need to buy a new motherboard because I heard B150 supports kaby lake with an update.

Solution
option 1) you need a friend with a skylake cpu in order to boot it so he can reset the bios( or you wont get an image).

option 2, let a computer shop flash it for you, this goes from free up to 70 dollars.

option 3, return the board and get a b250 .

finally, intresting he gets a 7100. the g4560 peforms 95% as good as the 7100 for 50% the price.
