[URGENT] HUGE Problem With Newegg's Return Service on my CPU

So this happened! Newegg declined my return saying this: "The CPU was received with apparent end-user caused physical damage to the CPU contact pins. Items received with physical damage cannot be processed by Newegg and void our return policy." There was no obvious damage to the CPU that I saw! What is happening?! In case it matters, my CPU is an AMD Athlon 860K (Black Edition)

I have the original box and auth papera.. Is that enough? Like I said though, it's currently with Newegg. It will get to me in about 4 days.

Only way to 'prove' is with actual serial numbers.

I'm returning it because it is defective. It caused the motherboard only recognize things from 2 out of 4 of The Ram slots. It wasn't the room because it still booted with both inserted (but with only half) in the 1 and 2 slots. I do have serial numbers and the packing slip, as well as I photo including the items I ordered along with the CPU.

The problem with the ram was too odd to be considered a ram stick problem. Like I said, if any Ram stick replaced in a secondary type Ram slot the computer would not register it. If there were a problem with it, the computer wouldn't boot at all.

It was tested on a gigabyte 88XM HD3 And D3H. Both had the same issue. The secondary RAM slots simply would not let my RAM work, regardless on the motherboard.

I got back the CPU with damage to the conrner pins, which wasn't from me. Contacting Newegg today.

It was in everything that it came with, including the procective case. The case was really tight, so I think they shoved it in the case without being careful in such a way they bent the pins on the side.
