Question URGENT!! Motherboard Alternatives to Asrock x99 extreme4?

Need a new motherboard, similar to Asrock x99 extreme4. I mainly edit in Premiere Cs6, run Photoshop CS6 and do chrome with 16GB RAM. If Asrock x99 extreme4 was an overkill let me know and recommend something for those specific tasks. No overclocking, not a gamer. Just Video Editing at 1080p with the possibility to move to 4k/ Video Card is EVGA GeForce 960.
