Urgent-- Need advice on 23-24" Monitors..

Alright, I am finally getting a new LCD and I just cant decide. I have a lot of options within a budget of $200 it CAN be extended by $20 but I rather not.

My priorities are:

HD movies, Gaming, Surfing, Music, Photoshop, and other general use. The thing I am most concerned about is the quality of LCD/LED, I don’t want any dead pixels, screen flickering etc. And the colors need to be really good. And the response time should be good enough for some 360 + PC gaming.
I have shortlisted to a bunch of LCD/LED that fit my budget!

Don't discount Dell when choosing a monitor.
They have a 3yr 1 dead pixel policy .
Great sales and free delivery.
I picked up a P2310H fully adjustable displayport monitor for $180 Canadian.
It sips power under 25w and has 2 usb ports.
