(URGENT) New AM4 Build- All fans are spinning and graphics card is on, but no signal to monitor??

Just built a new AM4 build. Everything looks fine, fans are all spinning and lights are all on, but there’s no signal to the monitor. I’m afraid to turn it off. Should I? Please help!

Is the monitor connected to the graphics card (not to the board)?

Yes it’s plugged into the card. I’ve heard that it takes a while to post for the first time though.
