URGENT! PC Not Turning On After installing new ram

Hey. I have just upgraded the ram on my pc from 4gb to 8gb. I have 2 slots and I am only using one. My motherboard is MSI B250 PRO OPT BOOST and my old memory was Kingston KVR21N15S8/4 4gb. Ever since I installed the new ram my pc won't turn on at all.
