Urgent! PLEASE HELP! mobo temp gauge broken!

typing with one hand, I have an asus m11bb and the thermometer for cpu is stuck at 120 c i need to overide the cpu fan to have lesss rpm its so loud

The best solution is to replace the motherboard; you can't easily replace the thermal sensor or another component if it no longer works properly. Another solution is to use a quieter cooler.

I solved it myself, I'm using speedfan and controlling the rpm of the cpu fan.
