URGENT PROBLEM need help WINDOS 7

i was half way downloading windows 7 it sed completing installation and then sed restartin when it restarted it asked me to press a key too boot from the cd so i pressed a key and its done everything again. im on the screen where it says install now- should i click it or should i restart my computer

From what I'm able to understand from your question is that you've downloaded windows 7 setup and after its completion it asks you to restart the PC and after that it asked press any key to boot from cd. Is that so?

If you've downloaded windows 7 setup it must be on hard disk drive. Right? Then why are your using installer CD/DVD?

Take the cd out and re-boot.
