Running Windows 10

So I was on Twitch watching a VOD for about 3 hours when I spilt a little bit of water onto my G and F keys (and small surrounding areas). It was a small amount of water. I got a little triggered and repeatedly pressed my F and G keys as well as a couple of my Function Keys. Afterwards I put the PC into Sleep mode, so I could remove and clean the key caps and the insides.
I have checked using multiple Virus Softwares, nothing has been detected (not that I thought it was that anyways)

  • Now nothing words. It's almost as if my keyboard is being spammed as a press any button.
My control, shift, tab all turn on and off my Caps lock. But my caps lock button doesn't anymore and just spams a load of letters now.
I clicked onto the start menu and the search bar was continuously adding spaces.
Whenever I right click a shortcut on my Windows bar, it's I not highlighted in a white squar, which never happened before.
Scrolling with my keyboard makes my icons on my desktop bigger or smaller. It won't Lett me ever deselect from something.
Sometimes whenever I try open a program, I.e. Chrome, it will ask me for User Account Control ("do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device")
Pressing the same key over and over will now do the same thing (on Chrome I pressed D and it took me to Discord web, I pressed it again and closed all of Chrome. Also in the discord username, V and T was being repeated without anything pressed. But once o pressed a different key once it stopped.
I cannot Ctrl Tab to switch programs either, nothing is working. No shortcuts work, except Ctrl Alt Delete.
It's so random it's now as if I were to be holding down the Tab key (everything is being cycled through, selected but nothing happens)

For the most part my mouse works perfectly unless when my "keyboard" is messing up. I've tried unplugging my mouse and keyboard, reset my pc, turned it off. Nothing has worked and I'm freaking out.

This is custom built PC (Last Summer). And, yes I believe that it is the Keyboard. It was the only affected (everything was perfect beforehand), unless I had hit multiple shortcut keys which caused the computer to do something so that it acted this way.
