URGENT: Windows Not Starting

Hi so I am using my custom PC that i built back in September of last year. I have been loving it until today. I got an error that windows didn't start correctly and an error code. Windows\system32\winload.exe is missing. So I went into my case to make sure everything is connected properly and everything is. The only way I can get windows to start is to go into my boot priorities and select my SSD which I am booting from in the first place. Then save and exit and boom windows loads. I have no idea what is wrong so someone please help me.

Hello... do you have a USB stick or CD/DVD left in the computer when booting?

I have usbs plugged in but they are just my headset and no CD is in.
