[SOLVED] Urgently beed help! My monitor black out with an error message cannot display this video mode.

I got into Safe mode and set the display to a lesser one. Then I boot up. It got to the login screen but then the message came out again when booted into windows.

Can anyone help? My PC is rendered useless already!

The only specs I know:
Windows 10
8gb ram, 4gb video card.
I can’t check coz my monitor can’t display
