Urgently need a new motherboard

Budget $200
CPU: FX-6300, AM3+
ATX Sized Case
2 CHA_Fan and 1 CPU_Fan preferred

The current motherboard that I have is an absolute atrocity. I'd wait until December but this one component just can't wait. I'm not looking to spend all of my budget, I just need something that works. I've read motherboard reviews on boards that I'm interested in, (such as this one http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131851 ) but the reviews are riddled with great 4-5 stars and horrendous 1 star reviews.

Yes that motherboard is a great one to choose. It has good heat sinks on it for cooling.

You could probably go for something cheaper like this if you are using a single gpu:
