I read this a little while ago and it made me wonder who does get aid from the US in these uncertain times ... and how much.

that's a lot of money to a country that we are now skeptical about.

rerouting those funds and possibly re-brokering a deal with Egypt (if warranted) in today's day and age seems a good idea.

I'm for stopping all foreign aid and seeing what happens.

I bet a lot of whining would happen from the former recipients as they will undoubtedly say how the U.S. the bad guy and is starving/killing their population by no longer giving them a bunch of free money. This will make Obama, The Great Peacemaker and Compassionate Person In Chief, embarrassed as he will look bad on the world stage. He will give the former recipients twice as much as he did before to try to regain the approval of France, Sweden, and other European countries that he is trying to impress. We'll get twice as many RPGs to our embassies as a "thank you" for this outpouring of money as the recipients see it as a sign of weakness that they could coerce us into backing down and giving them MORE money than before.

The US is going to go through a revolution here pretty soon...either it Obama or Romney is elected.

They are already setting it up dogman. Daily polls being reported with Romney trailing Obama by a few points.

What do you think the media narrative is going to be if Romney ends up winning by 10+ points?

That's right, "the republicans stole the election, the republicans stole the election". I can hear the resounding mantra echoing throught all media.

If Obama wins would you change you avatar to Obama for 1 week? If Romney wins ill put him up as my avatar for a week. Tis a gentleman's bet.

Obama is lowering expectations. Romney is attempting to set expectations knowing that Race is going to be a major factor benefiting Obama. That's a sad truth.

Given that, I think the middle class this election is going to be more driven than the lower class to vote. When Obama won 4 years ago, the lower class was highly motivated by him. That has since changed and I fully expect it to be close but Romney to come alway as President-Elect.
