Hi guys,

I am in the process of building my first pc and I have purchased the XFX 750w Black Edition PSU from Amazon (here).
I live in NZ so the included plug will not fit in our sockets. So I either need a plug adapter or a new power cord. An adapter is easier to find but I don't know if the ones on Amazon are really up for the job. I don't really want to entrust my PSU to a $5 adapter. What should I do?

Links to websites for purchase would be great, keeping in mind they must ship to NZ.

Thanks for the help in advance guys, I can't tell you how much it means to a first time builder to have so many people willing to take the time to help me.

Though it is very common for the PSU manufacturers to have their PSU produced in 110V~240V range, some might not. Just to be on safe side, make sure the voltage range of ur PSU is indicated like above because US use 110V and NZ use 220V.

If it is 110V then u will need to buy step-up transformer 110V/220V preferably 1.5KVA to be on safe side since ur PSU is 750kW and that's not the actual power draw from the wall socket which is much higher.

If not then u can just use any conversion plug and it won't be any problem but if u r hesitant, u can go down to local PC shop and buy the complete main power cable that suits the local socket.
