Approximate Purchase Date: within 2 weeks.

Budget Range: Approx $3k for the system, PLUS an ADDITIONAL $1,500 for a monitor

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Needs to be able to handle the top games, including VR.

Are you buying a monitor: Yes, the bigger the better, price range roughly $1500

Do you need to buy OS: Yes

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Newegg, though anything is fine if reputable. I'd prefer to keep all the parts on 1 site for easy ordering.

Location: Colorado Springs, CO, USA

Parts Preferences: No pref.

Overclocking: Maybe

SLI or Crossfire: Not sure, will take recommendations.

Your Monitor Resolution: No real preference, just as long as I can run two large monitors. (I already have 1 monitor).

Additional Comments: Would prefer the computer case to look clean and modern, no lights or anything bling. Just sleek and utilitarian.

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: wish to game and run multiple programs at the same time without issue.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a full tower case? I appreciate the extra space. Would prefer the computer case to look clean and modern, no lights or anything bling. Just sleek and utilitarian.
And recommend a liquid CPU cooler too, please. Liquid is better b/c its quieter, correct? Quick search on the cooler, does this Corsair cooler look good to you guys?
That is a good cooler, but there is not much difference in terms of performance or noise between air and water cooling except for eye candy and bling...

I was hoping for a list of parts that I could order online. Like a list from PCPartpicker.
I could definitely take the parts to that business to put it together, though!
