Usable memory not maximum on windows 10 64 bit

hey bro i have 1 question.i have pc with 8 gb ram but the usable ram just 3,97 i have been read many tread thats say we must win 64 bit but my pc is 64 bit with windows 10.my usable ram 3,97 after i installed a new windows 10 before windows 10 i have windows 7 64 bit anyone can answer me???pleass

its using all your ram based off what you said above.

your computer is using 3.1gb of ram leaving 4.8 free for programs = 8gb . based off your post your computer is fine as they are typical numbers for a computer

ok im check on cpuid and i have 2 slot in slot 1 and slot 2 with 4gb but the usable ram is 4??? i check on dxdiag ram is 8 but when i check in my computer properties the usable just 4gb and i have checked on GD hardware anywhere the system checked my Ram is 4gb??

Available:4903MB
Cached:4950MB
Total:8161MB
Installed:8192MB
Hardware reserved:31MB
in use:3180MB
Modified:3mb
Standby:4860MB
Free:118 MB

Is it correct??
but why GD hardware say my ram just 4gb
