Question usable ram pls help

I have 32GB ram and only 16 are usable how to fix it???

What the specs (make/model of each component installed) for this system? Does all of your memory match (exact same make/model)? Is this a new problem or one that always existed in this config?

When i bought the pc in the start i didi't have this problem i started to have it a little days later

Not the model number. You can look for the info stenciled on the motherboard itself, or use an app like CPU-Z to identify what you have.
