Question Usable RAM Problem

I have 8Gigs of ram rn, in windows only 5.46gbs of it is usable, why does that happen and how can i fix it? I tried resetting cmos. and choosing no file paging thing and bunch of other random stuff. havent been able to fix it yet... I'd be appreciated if someone would help me


System Specs:
AMD Ryzen 2200G APU
Corsair Vengeance LPX 8 GB 3000mhz CL16
MSI A320 mPRO-E

I just realised iGPU might have took the rams gigs.
