Hi Guys. i have an acer laptop with 12 gb of ram but 11 gb is usable. i know that sometimes the intergreted graphics cards are using half of them but i think that my graphic card is fine. heres the screen of my system information. please help to use all memory. sorry for my English. https://image.ibb.co/iE6sYe/dxdiag.png

it means that my computer uses 11 GB and 1 gb uses video card? or computer uses 1 gb and 11 is unusable? can i use all 11 gb at same time? i mean all together

It means that of the 12GB (physical RAM), 11GB is usable by the system for everyday requirements, and 1GB is reserved for video use only.

That 10.5GB usable is probably a 1024 vs 1000 bytes thing. Best thing you can do is run 'resmon' and see what's going on, e.g.:
