[SOLVED] Usable RAM

It's pissing me off actually i have a windows 7 32 bit on my laptop 6.0GB ram and only 2.65 are useable and more than 3GB are hardware reserved. My laptop keeps on sending an interrupt message ",Your computer is low on memory"
I have searched around but none of those solutions could help me (Maximum memory check , Ram slot changing, updating BIOS)

the most you can use is 4GB on 32bit OS . and so about 1.34 is for the igpu.

so i think updating to a x64 is the solution

there is no update to 64bit. it going to be fresh install

Yeah, I understand
But is there a way to reduce the memory used by gpu its intel graphics 4000 It shouldnt be using 1.4 gb as far as i am concerned
