Hello people! I apologize for my bad English. I hope I didn't miss a topic or something like that on the forum since it's my first time here. I need help with something that I have been struggling with for a long time. It's ram memory usable half. I have tried all possible options like (msconfig, regedit, no paging file, new winows, remove ram and put agin, clean dust ,removing cmos, updated bios max 2016 last driver, etc..) and nothing happend. While cleaning the cpu i noticed that 2 pins on the edge are broken and missing but it still works for me idk how. I tried to test about ram slot , i put ram in 1 slot and the picture on monitor will not be shown while the other ram slot works fine. Both rams recognize in windows. I know it's old pc but I would really appreciate any help and I am grateful in advance. Question is can i fix that without buying ?

Memory controller is in the CPU, missing pins are most probably related to that problem

It helps if you put the RAM in the correct slots too. You have 2 sticks but only using single channel, that's because you're using slot 1 and 2. What you want to be using is slots 2 and 4 for dual channel, which makes things run faster.
