USB 2.0 hub under $20

hi tech gurus,

i need a good usb 2.0 hub around $20 with following requirements. can you guys take a look at this?

1. usb 2.0
2. minimum of 6 ports
3. powered (hub with power adaptor)
4. a minimum of 6ft usb cable - to the cpu
5. a minimum of 6ft charging cable

i am ok with buying hub/cable/charger separately.
if $20 budget is too low, suggest optimal price.
