Hi, for some reason, since yesterday my motherboard doesn't recognise USB 2.0 ports anymore (all 6 of them including the front USB 2.0 ports) but all the 3.1 gen1 ports work fine (thank God I've got 4 of them). Upon loading device manager, I saw that in the USB controllers section, there are two with the same name "AMD USB 3.10 eXtensible Host Controller - 1.10 (Microsoft)" and one of them has an exclamation mark and says "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)". I really need to fix this as soon as possible.

Thank you for the help!

Setup: MSI-B450M pro vdh plus
Ryzen 3600
XPG Gammixx 16 GB 3200 MHz
Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660S

Try and reinstall your chipset drivers, in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator. Use the latest drivers sourced from AMD's support site. Might want to also see what your current BIOS version is for your motherboard.
