I installed a 4 port USB2.0 PCI-card on my MSI6380LE MB (6 on board USB1.1
ports). All drivers have been upgraded (WinXP-SP1). After restarting my PC
the card is recognized, but after attaching a USB2.0 hard disk the OS says
something like "fast USB device connected on slow USB port".
Also after disabling the onboard USB-ports st5ill the same problem.....

Any suggestions how to resolve this problem?

Please DO NOT post individually to different groups. Cross post to the 2-3
groups that you believe will give you the best responses.

Then, anyone who answers, from any of the groups you posted to, will also be
able to see the responses from those who posted to your request in a
different group. It avoids duplication of answers, and allows you to see
"all" the answers in any of the 2-3 locations!

What you did will surely get you less responses. The majority of people who
help out here frown upon the practice!
