As title says, using PCPartPicker, gives me that warning for ASUS ROG Strix Z690-F and the case being Phanteks Enthoo Pro 2. Can someone clarify what that would entail, and if that is moreso a mobo or case issue, and if one or the other should be changed out for something else. Thank you

The motherboard only supports 2 front panel usb 3.2 Gen 1 type A ports. The case contains 4 ports under the little cover. So you would either have to leave 2 of them unused or use an adapter and mark which ones are usb 2.

Solution
PCPP is pointing out that the motherboard has two USB 2.0 headers and 2 USB 3.0 headers. The case however, has 5 USB 3.0 compatible ports and headers only are good for two ports. So if you want to make the most out of the USB ports, you need to get a USB 2.0 to USB 3.0 header.

Or you can just forgo the USB-C port on the case, since that's likely by itself.
