[SOLVED] Usb 2.0 webcam driver

So I got a rpc wb-124 webcam and i kind of need to use it for online classes but i cant find the drivers anywhere and in device manager its just "usb 2.0 pc camera" with a yellow "!" sign
What can i do?
I am on windows 8.1 64 bit btw

Thx for responding but the link you sent me leads to a driver booster 6 link which does nothing, if i install it, it cant download any drivers and it cant update itself either...
idk what to do honestly

Two things that are not favoring a solution to the problem:

1) Older webcam

2) Windows 8.1

Is getting another webcam possible? Buy or borrow perhaps.

Key is to ensure that there are Windows 8.1 drivers available.

nope, but i made it work like one week ago in win 10 but then it stopped working again idk what to do honestly

No, im on 8.1

Provided that my understanding is correct if the webcam worked with Windows 10 and not Windows 8.1 then the problem may indeed be driver related.

Is there a reason for staying with Windows 8.1 and not using Windows 10 where the webcam does indeed work?

Or perhaps another webcam: are you able to borrow a couple of other webcams to test with Windows 8.1.
