USB 2.0

Whenever i plug-in my phone onto my PC via the USB it says my phone might work faster if i use USB v2.0, for a list of available ports click here.
Why does it say so??

I'd assume you have an old computer, with either some or all USB 1 ports.
If not, are you plugging it into the keyboard's USB hub? I had an old keyboard with USB 1 ports, and it took me a while to work out what the computer was talking about.
If neither of these are true, then you probably have some kind of driver problem.

Either your computer USB ports work at USB 1.1 speeds or your phone will only work at USB 1.1 speeds. Sometimes the ports at the front of the computer will only work at USB 1.1 speeds where as the ports at the back of the computer will work at USB 2.0 speeds
